Food Science Distinguished Lecture Series: Professor Alaa El-Din Ahmed Bekhit from the University of Otago Shares Insights on the Future of Meat
The aims of this programme are to nurture graduates who are knowledgeable and competent in handling issues of production, marketing and management of food, and nutritional science. The programme intends to equip students as food scientists, technologists, regulatory specialists and food science professionals employed by government agencies, local and overseas food companies-establishing sales and manufacturing facilities in China.
